MARKETING COMMUNICATION helping develop, implement and measure strategic integrated marketing campaigns. Marketing Communication do research industry trends, social media/engagement and use them within targeted IMC campaigns. This role will utilize public relations, advertising, brand management and design together to form a cohesive marketing communications campaign.

 

Marketing Communication KPIs:

  • Develop & execute PR & Marketing Strategic plans to achieve business goals,
  • Handle all PR & marketing activities such as organizing press events, events planning & building strong media network.
  • Develop & create effective customer programs such as promotions & CRM campaigns

 

Marketing Communication mainly responsible is for brand building & ensuring high visibility in various professional forums. Main responsibilities will be as under:

 

Strategy:

  • Strategising on a marketing blueprint for the company including budgeting.
  • Familiar with branding & capable of following company’s internal branding requirements/ style sheets/ branding guides.

 

Advertising:

  • Planning & executing advertising campaigns.
  • Negotiating significantly better rates for the company.
  • Planning & executing direct marketing campaigns for their Customers.
  • Putting together a relevant creative for company within the creative parameters set up of company.
  • Media Planning.
  • Media buying in top financial newspapers/trade publications/technology & business magazines.

 

Media Support:

  • Writing media releases covering events, orders, company achievements that need media coverage.
  • Maintaining an effective PR and ensuring its meet key deliverables.
  • Organising select media meetings/press conferences.
  • Handle media relations for the company, planning story ideas & their effective dissemination.

 

Launch activities:

  • Managing the launch activities of new products. This will include launch event, meet-and-greet, media support, newsletters, etc.

 

Managing Events:

  • Organising big customer events – a forum for key decision makers in digital & retail (off/online).
  • Plan & execute customer events; regular in-store activation, gathering program, etc.

 

Customer relations:

  • Writing quarterly news letters & organising web blasts on companies activities.
  • Organising mail blasts for influencers on an event specific basis.
  • Send congratulatory letters to banks on new developments/landmark achievements.

 

Others:

  • Preparing a corporate brochure/cataloque, and profile.
  • Facilitating content upgradation in the company’s website and videos.
  • Capable of planning market research projects.
  • Producing marketing collateral such as brochures/POP display material, etc.

 

Skill sets required:

Preferably worked in the banking/retail/agency vertical as far as marketing/advertising domain is concerned.
Capability to handle entire responsibilities independently & ability to lead the function.
Well networked in media forums to leverage better results.
Exceptional communication skills.
